Your data on the Creaky waitlist
Last updated: October 31, 2026
Creaky is a movement-break companion that's still being built. This page covers the waitlist website only. The Creaky browser extension isn't released yet and will have its own privacy policy before launch.
What we collect
- Waitlist form: your email address and, if you choose to give them, your first name and whether you're interested in a team plan.
- Optional survey: your answers about the browser, calendar and computer you use, your biggest pain point, any comment you type, and whether you'd pay for Plus.
- Added automatically to each submission: the page address, the time you submitted, the site that referred you (if your browser shares it) and any campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example
utm_source).
We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site, and we don't ask for any health information.
Why we collect it
- To email you about Creaky: beta invites, launch news and occasional product updates.
- To decide what to build first, using survey answers looked at as a group.
- To see which links or posts bring people to the site.
We'll only email you because you asked to join the waitlist, and we won't sell or rent your information.
Who handles it
- Cloudflare hosts this site (Cloudflare Pages) and processes your IP address and browser details to deliver and protect the site.
- Formspree receives and stores the waitlist and survey forms. Formspree runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States, so your submission is stored and processed there.
- Google Fonts serves the fonts on this page, so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address.
- If we use an email tool to send waitlist updates, your email address and first name will be shared with that tool for that purpose only.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while the waitlist and beta are running. If you haven't become a Creaky user, we delete it within 12 months of launch, or sooner if you ask.
Unsubscribe, access or delete your data
- Unsubscribe: every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can reply to any email and ask to be removed.
- See, correct or delete your data: email us at noahsherlock@mail.grokbot.com from the address you signed up with. We'll reply within 30 days.
Not medical advice
Creaky is a wellness tool, not a medical device. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll email the waitlist first.
